How Do I Eat?


The ZEN Project 8™ program uses a simple measuring system for each meal and for how often you eat meals. We call it PFC Every 3,. which means that in each meal you will eat:

  • 1 portion of Protein
  • 1 portion of Fat
  • 1 portion of Carbs

So that covers the PFC, now what about the “Every 3?” Simple: you will eat one meal every 3 hours.

This gender-specific guide will assure that you’re eating the right food portions to reach your fitness goals.
